Asphalt has shrinkage cracks throughout project that need sealing on both Mariah Joy Place and Treighton Jon Place. 2. Sidewalk from approx. Lot 17 to Lot 13 is not compliant with ADA requirements for cross slope. 3. Blue RPM needed at fire hydrant adjacent to Lot 21. 4. Lots 11 & 12 have no expansion joint at driveways. 5. Private retaining wall at Lot 9 is about 1' inside of Right of Way 6. Lot 21 has a heaved portion of sidewalk causing trip hazard. 7. Blue RPM needed at fire hydrant adjacent to Lot 6. Hydrant valve in street needs concrete collar. 8. Concrete spillway adjacent to Lot 8 was built with gabions. This was not as-built on the plan. 9. Barricade railing across subject spillway was not installed as per plan requirements. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
