THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN MOTED DURING THIS SITE VISIT AND WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL. 1) COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMON AREA SIDEWALK BETWEEN LOTS 8 AND 9 ADJACENT TO THE DROP INLET STRUCTURE AND REPAIR ANY DAMAGED SIDEWALKS OR DRIVEWAYS WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY. 2) CLEAN OUT ALL DREBRIS FROM THE ABOVE NOTED DROP INLET STRUCTURE AND REMOVE ALL NOTED SEDIMENT THROUGHOUT THE DRAINAGE AREA NORTH AND EAST OF THE STRUCTURE. ALSO STANDING WATER HAS BEEN NOTED IN THE BASIN AREA SOUTH OF MARY ANNE CLEVELAND WEST OF ATTEBURY WASH WAY, THE DRAIN DOWN TIME FOR THIS SITE IS 12 HOURS. 3) ENSURE THAT ALL TREES AND SHRUBS HAVE BEEN PLANTED IN ALL THE COMMON AREAS THROUGHOUT THE SIT. IT APPEARS THAT THERE MAY BE SOME TREES NOT PLANTED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS, 3 HAVE BEEN NOTED AT THE END OF DESERT DAFFODIL DRIVE. ALSO ENSURE THAT ALL NURSERY STAKES HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND ARE REPLACED WITH THE REQUIRED POLE STAKES AS NEEDED. 4) REMOVE ALL WIRE FROM THE OCOTILLOS AS NEEDED, SOME AR STILL TIED WITHIN THE COMMON AREA BETWEEN LOTS 8 & 9. 5) HAVE SOMEONE WALL THE PERIMETER AND PERFORM THE FOLLOWING AS NEEDED: BACKFILL THE PERIMETER WALLS THROUGHOUT THIS SITE TO ENSURE THAT NO WATER CAN BE TRAPPED IN THE AREAS OF RHE FOOTERS. 6) REMOVE ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH, DEBRIS, AND REMAINING STORMWATER CONTROLS THAT ARE WITHIN THESE AREAS. 7) CHECK ALL LITS THAT HAVE REAR LIT DRAINAGE OPENINGS, SOME OF THE AREAS ARE IN AREAS WHERE GROUTD ROCK RIP RAP IS ADJACENT TRAPPING WATER BETWEEN THE FOOTER AND THE RIP RAP. HAVE THE ENGINEER OF RECORD PROPOSE A SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE.. 8) PROVIDE THE REQUIRED CLOSEOUT DOCUMENTATIONV APRROVED REVISED DRAWINS FOR ALL CHANGES MADE TO THI SITE, SEALED CERTIFICATION LETTER FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR THIS SITE, AND A NOTICE OF TERMINATION LETTER FROM ADEQ FOR THE CLOSING OF THE PERMIT IF THE SWPPP IS IN THE CONTRACTORS NAME. |
