Case numbers are DP14-0187 (tentative plat) and DP15-0014 (grading). While Howard is correct about what M&C decided, there was further negotiation with staff. If you read Howards comments in DP14-0187 you will see that Parks and Rec's agreed to take the $$$ prior to the 30th lot being released from the assurances. This can been seen in the 6th workflow. I am 99% certain that I had this added to the exhibit B of the Assurance Agreement but still could be missed. I am attaching a PDF of the M&C Regular Meeting Action Summary from Oct. 20, 2015 - see items #12 and #13. The agreement says that the funding needs to be expended before Oct. 20, 2020. I see that the subdivision is currently under construction and we would like to go-ahead and hire a consultant to get that planning effort started in the near future. Do we know if that funding was ever received, or how we go about collecting from Mr. Kennedy? Thanks, Howard Howard B.
