PLEASE CONSIDER THIS LETTER THE PUNCH LIST OF ITEMS TO BE ADDRESSED/RECTIFIED PRIOR TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PUBLIC R-O-W BY THE CITY OF TUCSON FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION. FUTURE INSPECTIONS WILL REQUIRE A LETTER OF CERTIFICATION THAT THE ENGINEER OF RECORD HAS RESOLVED ALL PUNCH LIST ITEMS. IN ADDITION TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS, TRAFFIC ENGINEERING MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL PUNCH LIST ITEMS PERTAINING TO TRAFFIC SIGNAGE AND STRIPING.

1) iNSURE THAT R.O.W. EXCAVATION PERMIT IS CURRENT BEFORE WORKING ON ANY PUNCH LIST ITEMS. IF THE PERMIT IS EXPIRED, A NEW PERMIT FOR THE P.I.A IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY REMEDIAL WORK OR RE-INSPECTION ON THE SITE.

2) none of the survey monuments on this project have been punched or stamped.

3) THE BUFFER ZONE, ON EACH SIDE OF THE SCUPPER ON RANDALL IS TO BE BACK FILLED TO PREVENT PEDESTRIAN FALL INJURY. TRASH IS TO BE REMOVED AS WELL.
4) THE FOUR-CELL SCUPPER ON COPPER VISTA DR IS TO BE AS-BUILT ON PLANS.
5)SIDEWALKS ARE TO BE SWEPT OF DEBRIS AND DIRT.
