Broadway. provide revisions for changes and phasing of project. Landscaping and water harvesting will be reinspected after completion of building 27,19. Provide safe access during construction as needed.
03/18/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Not Ready After a 2 hour meeting it was decided and seen that there are a lot of changes that the engineer on record will have to make.
The now designated accessible route should reflect what is needed on site. Also documentation is needed for all DG walkways and accessible paths. These will need to be approved by Tucson before any TCO 4 will be issued. Fencing will have to be implemented prior to the TCO4 to protect pedestrian traffic from construction or potential hazard areas.
03/19/2024 ENGR Engineering Final Passed partial approval. Inspector has no issues that would prevent a level four temporary certificate of occupancy.
