Track pad is not sufficient to maintain no satisfactory conditions on Bear Canyon Road. Eagle Rock Excavation is going to have to set up a wash pad to clean tires prior to entering Bear Canyon. Also required is a full set of plans not 8x11s. Work is not permitted on the site until site SWPPP measures are brought into compliance. DTM has also been made aware of the situation. |

All SWPPP measures are in place as needed, track out rock is in good condition for the requirements of the site. Automatic bi-weekly inspections will be issued to monitor conditions. |
