01/29/2024 ENGR Grading Final Not Ready 1st inspection here was completed on 1/8/24 and both basin at rear of property and drainage channel at north west corner were holding water 36 hrs after last rain. 3 days later during an inspection Dave Roberts did they were still holding water.

2nd inspection was done by myself here on the 23rd of January, 24 hours after a second rain and the same conditions existed both at 3780 and 6690 Alvernon. Came out on the 25th 48 hours had passed and still drainage was not evident in both locations.

3rd inspection the 29th of January and water has finally dried up 9 days later.

Contractor was notified that before final would be released that engineer on record would have to have a solution to remedy these issues on both properties.

12/14/2023 ENGR Grading Final Not Ready Southside of site:
1) Minor areas through the site graded poorly and hydro seed has not been applied in a consistent manner.
2) The Mason located in the south east quadrant of the southside is showing signs of sediment being retained on the bottom and there’s erosion noted at the inlet structure.
3) The grading along the northern side of the south berm south of the parking lot has not been graded completely in all areas will verify with the plans the grading process that was required. Also hydroseeding has either not been applied in some locations, or is very sporadic along the southern boundaries.
4) Minor stockpiles DG has been noted along the south boundaries on the berm and also there are areas where loose material has been pushed over the berm into the wash. This will all need to be removed prior to final inspection.
5) Along the south side burn Maria, all the silt fence has not been completely removed. Construction staking hasn’t been completely removed construction rope that was utilized to mark the areas to save the plants have not been removed. All this needs to be done prior to reinspection and hydroseeding needs to be applied were none has been applied at this time.
6) The Southern parking lot needs to be clean and clear remove all excess material that has been placed on the pavement and then check that all dropping let structures are free and clear of access all the materials. These will be inspected on the next visit.
7) The trash enclosures for this site has been completed incorrectly. They are all missing the bollards on the sides of the trash enclosure 5 foot from the front wall recess back into the structure.
8) Then accessible signs at the north west corner of this site have not been installed underneath the parking signs for handicap
