09/01/2026 PDSD Engineering Division Pre-Construction SITE Passed Not ready to pour middle sidewalk or sidewalk area in front of church entryway doors yet. Schedule sidewalk inspection for me to check all these form before pour. Sidewalks from Bantam up to the church adjacent to the walls on either side are at asphalt elevation. This is okay but the rest of plan will be followed.
