Also the plans do not show where the outlets or sidewalks scuppers are in the basins at South end of parking lot currently it looks as if when basins are full they would flow over ROW sidewalk. There is a grading sheet in the previous set but there was a revision and changes and grading is not sufficiently defined on revised approved plan. |
