Currently the site has been graded roughly throughout the redemption retention. Detention basin has been roughly graded, but no other work has been done. It appears that the site has been set for ABC grades probably started this next week. Also, on the sewer line has been laid from Valencia south end of this site. Two manholes have been constructed, but not backfilled. Also, on the south side of the site, two concrete pipes have been placed across what appears to be the future new Rodeway Inn moderately backfilled in one location to allow for traffic. This inspection will need to be rescheduled at a later date when somebody will be available on site to answer all questions | |
