| 07/14/2026 | Consultation SITE | Passed | 7/14/26 Contractor has not had the site graded yet, just the pad. I explained to him the need to have civil cut/fill all the areas to the grading sheet elevations. All built areas and backfilled areas are to be compacted to 95%- except landscape and Water harvesting areas/basins. In paved areas the Subgrade is 6" lower than top of pavement for ABC and Asphalt. Landscape areas are 6" lower than hardscape and basins at least 12 inches lower. Also the slab for the entry patio does not comply with ICC A117.1 and the Inclusive Home Design Ordinance. This slab is 1.5' higher than the adjacent sidewalk. Engineer needs to look at how the sidewalk elevations here can be reconciled and comply. I discussed site inspections needed. I also discussed site inspections needed for the project. |
