Entered by PAHUMAD1 - Denied. This was an unscheduled final inspection. Project appears to be nearing completion, few inspections have been scheduled throughout the project. There’s no activity on site at this time.
Accessible parking was checked and is out of compliance. Stormwater catch basin on site and immediately downstream in the parking area were both checked and both contain construction debris. Existing downstream catch basin has standing water as well. This was due to construction debris from this project. Landscaping and final grading has not been Completed, there is a material stock pile in the parking lot. There is also electric utility work On going
