No work has started at this time. Demolition of previous structure to start in two weeks. Temporary fencing, addressing, SWPPP scheduled for installation.
Do not block pedestrian walkway with temporary fencing.
Install stormwater controls as needed. Track out protection, concrete containment. Schedule 09152 inspection.
Schedule 0915 for inspections biweekly to start.
Engineering does not look at the structural components of the perimeter fencing, however I do need to ensure that the openings are installed as shown. Any changes to grading and drainage from the approved drawings would require approved revisions.
Trash enclosure requires inspection and compliance with COT standard detail 6.01
Below ground storm water piping and water harvesting and dry well require inspection. Use code 09185.
Pay attention to all water harvesting and landscaping details shown. Call for inspection prior to landscaping. |
