04/11/2023 ENGR Engineering Final Passed THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL BE NOTED ON THIS PERMIT EVEN THOUGH IT IS BEING APPROVED AT THIS TIME:
1) THE DIMENSIONS OF THE ROCK RIP RAP ON THE SIDE SLOPES OF THE BASIN HAVE BEEN CALLED INTO QUESTION SINCE THERE WAS NOT A DETAIL FOR THIS ITEM. IT HAD BEEN REQUESTED TO HAVE THE ENGINEER OF RECORD PROVIDE US WITH A DETAIL OF THIS ITEM FOR INSPECTION, NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVIDED.
2) THE BASIN HAS BEEN NOTED DURING THE PAST YEAR THAT IT APPEARS TO HOLD STANDING WATER PAST THE MAXIMUM DRAIN DOWN TIME OF 12 HOURS. THIS SITE WILL BE APPROVED AT THIS TIME EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A QUESTION ABOUT THIS INFORMATION. THE CONTRACTOR AND THE OWNER OF THIS SITE ARE BEING PLACED ON NOTICE AT THIS TIME, FUTURE VIOLATIONS OF THIS DRAIN DOWN TIME WILL BE NOTED AND WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED BY THE OWNER AND THE CONTRACTOR FOR THIS SITE AT THAT TIME.

PROVIDE A DETAIL FROM THE ENGINEER OF RECIRD FOR THE RIP RAP THROUGHOUT THE SITE AS NEEDED, COMPLETE ALL REMAINING WORK FOR THIS SITE INCLUDING REMOVAL OF EXCESS MATERIAL STILL ON SITE, AND APPROVED REVISED STAMPED DRAWINGS FOR ALL CHANGES TO THIS SITE BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD PRIOR TO REQUESTING ANY ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS FOR THIS DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE.
