Install the pedestrian walkway from the right of way into the property. Install pedestrian gate and perimeter fencing shown on plan. Depress the landscape area 6 inches below the invert of the basin inlet. Install the concrete header specified by note 21 and page 3. Install the bollards in front of the basin as shown. Stabilize basin, plan specified seeding. Complete all work shown on civil drawings. Any changes would require City of Tucson approved plan revision. Schedule all of the required inspection codes on your development package permit.
