03/24/2020 ENGR Grading Final DROBERTS Continued Entered by SFLORES2 - MET WITH AMY AND CHUCK AND LOOKED OVER THE SUBDIVISION TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY CONCERNS. I HAVE NOTED THE FOLLOWING AT THIS TIME THAT THEY WILL ADDRESS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SITE VISIT: 1) THE SITE DOES NOT HAVE A CONCRETE WASHOUT AREA DESIGNATED WITHIN THE PROJECT LIMITS. CURRENTLY THEY ARE WASHING OUT THE CEMENT TRUCKS IN AN AREA NORTH OF THE HAMMER HEAD DIRECTLY ON A LOT. I HAVE ADVISED THEM THAT THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THEIR SWPPP’S AND NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED. 2) THE BASIN LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE IS CURRENTLY HOLDING WATER PAST THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED TIME OF 12 HOURS. I HAVE ASKED THAT THEY ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH KEVIN HALL FROM CYPRESS ENGINEERING TO FIND A LONG TERM AND SHORT TERM SOLUTION BEFORE WE COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. 3) THE DEVELOPER IS INSTALLING PLANTS ATTHIS TIME AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THIS SITE, BUT NONE OF THEM ARE ON THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN. THEY WILL BE CONTACTING ANDREW CONNOR AND SEE IF THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ELIMINATE THE TREES THAT ARE SHOWN IN THE BASIN AREA FOR THE OVERAGE OF TREES THAT THEY WILL BE PLANTING FOR EACH OF THE LOTS. THE SIDEWALK FOR THIS SITE IS BEING DONE BY THE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT SINCE THESE ARE PUBLIC STREETS. I HAVE POINTED OUT SOME AREAS THAT MAYBE QUESTIONABLE IN REGARDS TO THE 2% CROSS SLOPES, THEY WILL RE-EVALUATE THESE AREAS PRIOR TO THE FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SUBDIVISION. ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS OF THIS SITE WILL BE MADE TO ENSURE THAT ALL ASSURABLE ITEMS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AS SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS FOR THIS SUBDIVISION.
