07/23/2020 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Not ready for Inspection Entered by RSALDAT1 - IS NOT READY AT THIS TIME, SITE VISIT ONLY TO VERIFY WHAT WILL BE NEEDED FOR THE FINAL RELEASE OF THE ASSURANCES. THERE AR SOME DAMAGED SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS WITHIN THIS SITE THAT ARE CRACKED AND NEED RO BE REPAIRED. MINOR EROSION HAS BEEN NOTED WITHIN THE BASIN, TREES THROUGHOUT THE SITE NEED TO BE STAKED PROPERLY PER THE APPROVES PLANS. ALSO I HAVE NOTICED SOME SIDEWALK THAT IS AT THE SAME GRADE AS THE ROADWAY, THE PLANS WILL BE CHECKED TO VERIFY IT WAS APPROVED IN THIS MANNER WITHOUT THE REQUIRED VERTICAL SEPERATION BETWEEN THE ROADWAY AND PEDESTRIAN PATHWAY. ANOTHER INSPECTION WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE FULL RELEASE OF THE ASSURANCES AND THE FINAL INSPECTION OF THIS DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE.
