Entered by DMERANZ1 - The entire site, Below ground drainage systems and trash enclosure were all built without inspections. Contractor will provide letters from the engineer of record certifying that the site was graded per the plans, all below ground drainage piping and retention basins were installed per the plans and as required for the manufacture and that the trash enclosure was installed per city of Tucson detail six Dash 01.
Correct the drainage at the north end of the water harvesting depression. Install long-term bicycle parking in the location specified on the plan. Remove dirt and filter fabric from drainage openings. Drill holes to secure trash enclosure doors in the open position. Please schedule inspection when you’re ready. |
