Entered by DMERANZ1 - Could not locate contractor with Caldwel construction. No message was provided. There appears to be ongoing work in two locations on the site. Only plan in Provo is a 2008 site plan. Please provide contact information when rescheduling this inspection provide plans for new work to be inspected. |
