06/24/2019 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up BBENEDON Continued Entered by DMERANZ1 - I requested to have a folio be sure to protect the manhole in the public alley from dirt and rainwater. 09185 grading intermediate inspection. Continued. Dave and I met with Antonio and requested that he schedule for his intermediate inspections as needed. We did an initial check of accessible Parking spaces and ramps. The ramp and the concrete loading zone need some correction, slope and or humps need to be corrected. Recall for inspection after final strategy. Coordinate stormwater scuppers the past to the public right of way with your right of way inspector. Make sure you call for inspections under your right of way permit for work outside of the property line.
06/21/2019 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up BBENEDON Continued Entered by DMERANZ1 - Minor track out on the speedway and on Tyndall. Work in the right of way. Ally is closed off. There is some dirt on the sidewalk at bus stop location. I spoke with Antonio at 602-292-0989. He would like a pre-final walk-through. I requested that he call for that inspection early next week so we can provide the time necessary for that inspection

12/17/2018 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up BBENEDON Denied Entered by CBELL1 - Inspection required due to a complaint about track out. Bruce Stephens instructed inspection. Antonio with BD Construction is reminded to control and clean all dirt track out into public ways and to schedule inspections under theDP permit bi-weekly. There is minor track out onto Speedway. There's dirt track out as well as ab present on Tyndall Avenue

06/05/2018 SITE - Stormwater Follow-up DROBERTS Continued Entered by DROBERT5 - THE CONTRACTOR HAS PLACED STORM WATER CONTROLS AROUND THE SITE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LESS THAN AN ACRE. THEY HAVE A TRACKOUT AREA LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE SITE LEADING OUT ONTO SPEEDWAY BLVD. THEY HAVE CONCRETE WASHOUT BINS ON THIS SITE THAT ARE BEING UTILIZED. I HAVE ADVISED THEM THAT THEY HAVE SOME AREAS WHERE THE CONCRETE HAS OVER FLOWED FROM THE BINS AND IS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE SOIL, THESE AREAS NEED TO BE CLEANED UP BY MY NEXT VISIT. CURRENTLY THE CREWS AR WORKING ON THE EXCAVTING FOR THE BELOW GRADE WALLS AND FOOTERS, AND THE POURING OF THE CONCRETE FOR THESE SAME AREAS. THEY ARE ALSO HAULING OFF EXCESS SPOIL MATERIAL FROM THIS SITE, BUT THIS IS A SLOW PROCESS DUE TO THE LACK OF HAUL TRUCKS. I HAVE REMINDED THEM THAT THEY NEED TO CONTROL ALL MATERIAL LEAVING THE SITE, AND ENSURE THAT NONE OF IT IS FALLING WITHIN THE LOCAL RIGHTS OF WAY.
