I CONTACTED ROB SMITH WITH DEAN ALLAN ARCHITECTURE AND DISCUSSED THE MISSING PLANTS AND TREES ALONG THE NORT SIDE OF THE NORTHERN WALL SOUTH OF BELLEVUE. PER THE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE DP17-0200 THIS AREA WAS TO HAVE 2 TREES AND VARIOUS PLANTS, THESE HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON THE INTERIOR OF THE SITE. I WILL PREPARE A PUNCH LIST OF THE INCORRECT ITEMS AND FORWARD THAT INFORMATION TO MR. SMITH, HE WILL FORWARD IT TO THE OWNER, CONTRACTOR CONCORD CONSTRUCTION, AND TO THE SUBCONTRACTOR SO THAT IT CAN BE RESOLVED ASAP.
