Correction required. 25 to 30% of the accessible path, sidewalk on both sides of the street exceed the maximum allowed cross slope. At least eight panels are broken. All walkways except in front of one remaining home have been installed. Comply with note No. 9 on page 3 and install sidewalks per city of Tucson standard specifications section 1006. Plans indicate that this is a private street. It was an unscheduled courtesy inspection. I have no contact information for the superintendent on this project. After corrections are made, a statement of conformance for project grading is required per note number 32 on page 3. Please schedule for inspections and provide contact information when ready.

THIS INSPECTUON WILL BE DONE AFTER I HAVE CONTACTED LENNAR AND ADVISED THEM OF THE SAME.

THIS WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE REMOVAL OF ALL CONSTRUCTION TRASH AND DEBRIS, EXCESS MATERIALS INCLUDING ALL STOCKPILES, REMOVE ALL TRAILERS, STORAGE BINS, AN PORTA JOHNS FROM THIS SITE AND ADJACENT AREAS.
06/18/2020 ENGR Engineering Final DROBERTS Correction Required Entered by DROBERT5 - WALKED THE SITE AND PUT TOGETHER AN ESTIMATED ACCOUNT OF THE AREAS AND THE FOOTAGE THAT WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED. I TALKED TO THE SUPERVISOR FOR LENNAR AND ADVISED HIM OUR FINDINGS, HE WILL BE BRINGING HIS CONTRACTOR TO LOOK AT THE WORK THAT WILL BE CORRECTED UNDER THEWIR WARRANTY PROGRAM. I ALSO CREATED A PLAN OF THE APPROXIMATE FOOTAGE, AREAS AND LOCATIONS OF THE DAMAGES THAT WILL NEED TO BE CORRECTED PRIOR TO THE FINAL OF THIS SITE. I HAVE RESPONDED TO AN EMAIL FROM JOHN VAN WINKLE IN REGARDS TO THESE SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS AND HAVE SENT THE MAP AND RESULTS TO ALL CONCERNED. WE HAVE NOTED AND PHOTOGRAPHED ALL AREAS THAT ARE NOT COMPLIANT OR DAMAGED THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED AT THIS TIME WITH ORANGE PAINT. I WILL CONTACT JOHN VAN WINKLE AND DISCUSS THE ISSUES ON THIS SITE THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED. I CONTACTED THE SITE SUPERVISOR FOR THIS SITE AND HAVE ADVISED HIM OF THE ISSUES AND SHOWED HIM THAT EVERYTHING MARKED WITH ORANGE PAINT IS EITHER BROKEN OR IS NON-COMPLIANT AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED. HE WILL CONTACT HIS CONTRACTOR FOR THIS WORK AND HAVE THEM COME OUT AND MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS FOR THIS SITE UNDER THEIR WARRANTY PROGRAM.

CURRENTLY THIS SITE HAS BEE GRADED FOR THE FINISH LOT PADS, UTILITIES INSTALLED, ROADWAY SURFACE PLACED, NO HOUSES HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED AT THIS TIME.
