Entered by DMERANZ1 - Dave and I met with Rand on-site and discussed potential requirements within the right of way as well as the hazards present by a potential unpermitted addition to the adjacent property located at 4830 N. 6th Ave.
We informed Rand that permits and potential upgrades are required if work is done within the right of way, and suggested that he contact his engineer and city of Tucson plan review for further information and that whatever work is done needs to be shown on the city approved plans. |
