ALSO ALONG THE WEST AND SOUTH SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE IT HAS BEEN NOTED THAT THERE ARE 2 SECTIONS OF SIDEWALK THAT NEED HAND RAIL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SIDEWALK. 1) ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING THERE IS A SIDEWALK THE EXCEEDS MORE THAN 5% (5% - -7%)IN THE RUNNING SLOPE. THIS AREA SHOULD HAVE HANDRAIL ON BOTH SIDES OF THE SIDEWALK TILL THE SLOPE IS LESS THAN 5%. 2) ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING HEADING NORTH FROM THE SOUTH WEST CORNER THERE ARE 2 RAMPS SECTIONS OF SIDEWALK WITH HANDRAIL ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE SIDEWALK, HANDRAIL IS NEED ON BOTH SIDES OF SIDEWALK (34” - 38” above the sidewalk)I CHECKED THIS AREA AND FIN IT TO BE 6% TO 7%, I WILL ASK BRIAN BENNEDON TO CHECK THESE AREAS OUT ON 7/1/2020. |
