I informed Rob that in the last area that I inspected, one shell building on the west end of the property. The landscaping/water harvesting areas did not appear to be depressed a minimum of 6 inches. I stated that The contractor is required to comply with the general notes on page 2 as well as the requirements on the water harvesting page, and that any changes to the approved drawings would require a city of Tucson approved plan revision. I told him that I would be happy to meet with him on site to look at his plans together and discuss any issues and remaining work for this project.
