Entered by DROBERT5 - 1) TEMPORARY SEDIMENT CONTROLS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ALONG THE PERIMETER. NO STORM WATER CONCERNS AT THIS TIME.
2) PROVIDE CLARIFICATION ON DRAINAGE SWALE TO BE CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE SOUTH SLOPE OF BOTH LOTS #15 AND 16. PROVIDE A DETAIL SHOWING DIMENSIONS OF THE SWALE.
3) ENSURE CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT GO BEYOND THE GRADING LIMITS PRESCRIBED IN THE PERMIT GRADING CONDITIONS.
