Arived on site and found that the owner, Richard Castro was already on site with contractors ready to board up the property. They were working on exiting 3 unhoused people living there. Police were called by the owner to try and expidite the process. Animal control was called because one of the dogs on property was unclaimed and hiding in garbage in the back yard. Once the house was empty, the board up began and I stickered the condemnation on the western facing window. |
