09/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with Inspector JZ, met with the property owner, who invited us onto the property to conduct an inspection and receive information regarding the violations. Upon inspection, observed additional violations beyond those visible from the public right-of-way (ROW), including an accumulation of storage, trash, and debris on the northwest corner of the property, as well as storage underneath the unpermitted RV canopy, and a metal storage container.

Also observed a trailer occupied by a couple and connected to electricity. The property owner was advised to disconnect the electricity and was educated that using the trailer as a living space is a code violation.

The property owner stated that they did not receive the previous Notice of Violation or citation. A Notice of Violation was hand-delivered to the property owner, and 30 days were provided to comply with applicable City codes.
