Upon inspection, observed additional violations beyond those visible from the public right-of-way (ROW), including an accumulation of storage, trash, and debris on the northwest corner of the property, as well as storage underneath the unpermitted RV canopy, and a metal storage container. Also observed a trailer occupied by a couple and connected to electricity. The property owner was advised to disconnect the electricity and was educated that using the trailer as a living space is a code violation. The property owner stated that they did not receive the previous Notice of Violation or citation. A Notice of Violation was hand-delivered to the property owner, and 30 days were provided to comply with applicable City codes. |
