On site and at this time there is a dilapidated fence on the southwest side of the property. The pool seems to be empty. There is also a very large tree in the backyard that appears to be dead, a overgrown mesquite tree that is obstructing street, right of way and stop sign and an accumulation of dead grass/weeds that exceed 6" in the backyard. |
