12/10/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time there is a dilapidated fence on the southwest side of the property. The pool seems to be empty. There is also a very large tree in the backyard that appears to be dead, a overgrown mesquite tree that is obstructing street, right of way and stop sign and an accumulation of dead grass/weeds that exceed 6" in the backyard.
03/12/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site and at this time there has been no progress towards abatement. Fence is still dilapidated leaving a pool unsecured. City contractor called to secure. Submitted bid for clean-up.
