Unit does have roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Tenant says that this has been an on-going problem. I spoke with the management that stated they will send someone to treat the unit by today. Tenant contacted me an hour after I spoke with management to tell me that his unit was treated for roaches and mouse traps were put down. |
