01/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Spoke with the tenant who stated that management had someone come to spray the unit for the roaches the same afternoon 1/26/23. Tenant also stated that they have been there to spray 3 weeks ago. I told the management office to continue to treat the unit until the roaches are gone.
01/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Unit does have roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Tenant says that this has been an on-going problem. I spoke with the management that stated they will send someone to treat the unit by today. Tenant contacted me an hour after I spoke with management to tell me that his unit was treated for roaches and mouse traps were put down.
