Repairs were done and the unit was rented out to another family. There are no records of permits on file for any of the repairs and the new tenants indicated that there is a leak in the roof, the furnace was not reconnected by SW gas due to it being "hazardous", and several outletsin the living room and bedroom are not functional. Spoketo the property management rep and they were going to connect with the maintenance team to provide me evidence of the repairs made, and invoices of the repairs that are still required. |
