Upon reviewing the house: raw sewage in the bathroom, feces smeared through out the house. Visible roach and rodent infestation. Broken window in the back children's bedroom, dirty diapers and underwear. No smoke detectors. Gas water heater has been tagged by SWG "hazardous connection". Posted notice to vacate, permits required.
