On site. Spoke to Rose Levya and her granddaughter translated. As were were speaking about rooster complaint at least one rooster began crowing in front yard. Rooster continually crowed during our conversation. Mrs. Levya was given the Code Enforcement Urban Agriculture Reference sheet and told that the rooster need to be removed from property within 10 days. |
