01/09/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site and spoke to owner. Owner stated she gave rooster to a friend. No signs or sounds of rooster on property.
12/26/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site. Spoke to Rose Levya and her granddaughter translated. As were were speaking about rooster complaint at least one rooster began crowing in front yard. Rooster continually crowed during our conversation. Mrs. Levya was given the Code Enforcement Urban Agriculture Reference sheet and told that the rooster need to be removed from property within 10 days.
