1219 PM - MET ON SITE W OWNER. WATER HEATER IN PROCESS OF BEING REPLACED. THERE ARE NEW CONNECTIONS FOR PLUMBING. OWNER STATES HE REPLACED CLAY SEWER LINE DUE TO BROKEN. STRUCTURAL CHANGES TO THE SIDE PORCH (NEW BEAMS ADDED, POSSIBLY TO ENCLOSE THE PORCH.) NO ACTIVE WORK BEING DONE TO ANY OF THE ABOVE AT THIS TIME. ADVISED OWNER WILL MAIL A NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND HE WILL NEED TO APPLY FOR PERMITS. -VM |
