The only work that was done without a permit was the Replacement of one weathered 4x4x8 stud on exterior of property with new 4x4x8 stud. Cost of work; $20 for material. The space affected was an over hang from the roof roughly the size of a bath tub 3x5 ft that likely doesn’t not need the stud but since one was removed I replaced it anyway. The structural integrity of the property was in no way compromised. I’ve complained about this issue, I called about this issue to speak with a manager I’ve been given manager numbers and received no follow up because I chose to follow the rules.
