After receiving consent from neighbor and property owner to enter their respective properties, Inspector onsite observed in the back yard no accumulation of overgrown weeds or vegetation but did observe a large accumulation of outdoor storage (exceeding 25% of total lot area), refuse/debris, dilapidated and unpermitted wooden structure and shed, there were also pottery pots collecting large amounts of water causing a harboring of mosquitos, and an unpermitted heightening of fence with uncemented cement bricks. Notice of Violation will be issued. |
