10/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation After receiving consent from neighbor and property owner to enter their respective properties, Inspector onsite observed in the back yard no accumulation of overgrown weeds or vegetation but did observe a large accumulation of outdoor storage (exceeding 25% of total lot area), refuse/debris, dilapidated and unpermitted wooden structure and shed, there were also pottery pots collecting large amounts of water causing a harboring of mosquitos, and an unpermitted heightening of fence with uncemented cement bricks. Notice of Violation will be issued.
