| 10/28/2025 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | On scene with Inspector Andres, TFD left the scene before I arrived. The flooding caused saturated carpet, 2 inch deep water on the floor, and substantial standing water throughout unit 17F. The neighboring unit, 17E, experienced flooding coming from the shared wall and had the entire length of the shared wall leaking water. The primarily affected unit, 17F, does not have anyone home and no contact information can be found for the owners/renters. The maintenance manager for the complex came at approximately 12:50AM and is able to isolate the water as well as the electric. Due to the severe water damage in both units 17F and 17E including the damage to the walls, carpet, floors, and possible electrical damage around the source of the flooding, the primarily affected unit had the electric turned off. Inspector Andres will follow up first thing in the morning to discuss identified issues with the management staff. |
