10/26/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 300 pm - Called out to site by TFD. Fire occurred in an attached storage/utility room at northwest corner of structure. Fire damage to exterior wall including wall siding and wall structural members. Fire damage to facia and roof decking on the over hang. The roof structural members inside the room have soot but do not appear to be fire damaged. There is no electrical visible on the damaged exterior wall or visible in the area where the ceiling is removed. A light fixture on the ceiling is full of water due to firefighting activities. Per TFD, fire did not move past this room or enter the attic space. TFD did cut a hole in ceiling above wall abutting the fire damaged room and could see no fire damage. Electric was off at meter upon arrival. Did call TEP back to scene, employee states TFD advsd there was tripped breakers upon TEP original arrival. Home is condemned due to no electric. A licensed electrician shall review electrical, isolate any hazards, and reconnect power with a reconnect permit, condemnation may be lifted following this. 60 days to repair fire damage, the fire damage does not justify condemning the home as the room is separate from the living space. -VM
