Reviewed construction plans with Pima County, no water containers have been approved. Construction has not passed any intermediate inspections, no authorization to live within the building has ever been given. Property owner has been advised by both Pima County and City of Tucson that the house under construction has not been approved to live within. Unapproved electrical modifications must be removed and failure to comply may result in future termination of temporary power authorization. Verified 40ft storage container has been removed from the property. Pending removal of the two un-permitted water storage tanks. Unfit to occupy placard has been replaced from weather damaged. |
