ON SITE WITH TFD, INSPECTOR VIDAL, AND CAMBRIDGE STAFF. THERE WAS WATER INTRUSION TO THE UNIT DUE TO A FIRE IN UNIT 218. THERE WAS HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE AND CHARRING TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE UNIT. THE DOOR AND DOOR FRAME SUSTAINED FIRE DAMAGE. THE UNIT IS UNLIVABLE AND CONDEMNED. |
