10/31/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation ON SITE WITH TFD, INSPECTOR VIDAL, AND CAMBRIDGE STAFF. THERE WAS A CONTENT FIRE IN THE UNIT THAT CAUSED SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE ENTIRITY OF THE UNIT.
10/30/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and all the units were on site and went 2nd Alarm. The units were starting to clean up and some were checking for hot spots. S.W.G. was on site and the unit have no gas but the property did have gas for the pool heater and boilers for hot water. The survey was OK for the exterior of the property in the area of the fire. T.E.P. was on site and remove the electrical to 218. 217, 219 and breaker for 220 was turned off. Later the breaker for 213, and 214 were turned off at the breakers due to the units were flooded with water from water being sprayed at the attic of 214. The unit 218 was a total lost and all the windows and doors were burned, the wood framing in the unit was burned and vent holes were cut on the roof for unit 218 and unit 214. Unit 220 was flood with water from the water in the attic area. There is a wood beam in the front entrance that burned with deep charring. The soffit in the living room area is loose and burned through out. The heating and cooling has been burned. Had a fire place that was being used and was burning carboard and some wood and the fire got out of control. The interior of the unit has hoarding issues that started to burn. The maintenance was on site and will be securing the units and changing the locks. Did call inspector Tidwell to the site to take over the fire due was off today. RV.
