Scheduled to have the owner and TPD on site while doing the shut down of property 228 E. Elm St. Hazardous electrical, excessive storage (fire hazard), no water service, a homeless person camping in the brush on the property, RV parked at the front end of the property illegally hooked up to electrical services. Issued an nov to vacate, nov to cleanup the property and an idemifcation form. Owner secured the electrical box, main house, fence (locks changed) House, Trailer and the RV all posted and occupants notified of the shut. |
