Elm St. Hazardous electrical, excessive storage (fire hazard), no water service, a homeless person camping in the brush on the property, RV parked at the front end of the property illegally hooked up to electrical services. Issued an nov to vacate, nov to cleanup the property and an idemifcation form. Owner secured the electrical box, main house, fence (locks changed) House, Trailer and the RV all posted and occupants notified of the shut.
11/30/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Followed up on property. Found the RV removed off the property, hauler relocated off the property. Homeless person located on site has relocated off the property but, left the tent and stuff on site. Owner is working at remove all the excessive storage from the entire property lot.
