Superintendent with Reliance Commercial Construction stated that they are working on removing all smoke damaged appliances. They have an inspection schedule for 10/18/2023 with Planning and Development Services. Graffiti will be removed from the building’s parapet within the month. Progress will be made daily now that the permit has been issued and inspections can be conducted. 30-day notice will be issued for the graffiti on the building and 60 days for the rehabilitation of the building. |
