10/17/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Superintendent with Reliance Commercial Construction stated that they are working on removing all smoke damaged appliances. They have an inspection schedule for 10/18/2023 with Planning and Development Services. Graffiti will be removed from the building’s parapet within the month. Progress will be made daily now that the permit has been issued and inspections can be conducted. 30-day notice will be issued for the graffiti on the building and 60 days for the rehabilitation of the building.
11/02/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Graffiti has been removed from the property. The restaurant is being renovated under proper permits and inspections from the City of Tucson. Contractor is working on completing the project by the end of Dec 2023. Boards on the building will remain during the construction to prevent theft. There is also surveillance cameras for added security.
